I've found a 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0T with 110k km (about 70k miles). The price is about 13k euros and I think it's a pretty sweet deal since the car is top trim. I've did some research on the ATS and I can see only 2 problems with it. One is minor in my opinion (the cue) and the other one I'm pretty concerned about is the piston cracking/failure.The transfer case may be shot and a plugged catalytic converter could contribute to the drive-ability problems.
